Airfryer Chinese Pork Belly Bites
INGREDIENTS
• 400g pork belly
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 – 2 tbsp hoisin
• 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp garlic purée
• 1 tbsp ginger purée
• 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine (Optional)
METHOD
Step 1.
Coat the pork in the marinade and leave for a few hours or overnight
Step 2.
Lay it on top of baking paper and airfry at 200 for 17-18 minutes – turn halfway so it crisps on both sides
Step 3.
Serve with your soy, chilli basil sauce and enjoylf using chicken thigh cook for 12-14 mins.
You could just serve this with rice, it’s so good!
