Making a Booking
Reservations are highly recommended. Your reservation can be made by calling 02 6655 4755, or via our website.

All reservations require a valid credit card within 24 hours to secure your booking and pay the required deposit. All online reservations will be charged in full at the time of making your reservation. Summer*** and Winter* bookings will be charged to the credit card on file for the balance within 7 days of arrival. Peak** Bookings will be charged to the credit card on file for the balance within 30 days of arrival.

Should the deposit not be received or the credit card declined, your reservation will lapse and the booking will be released from our system.

All rates are quoted for 2 people, an additional person fee applies (up to a maximum of 6 people per site/accommodation). For booking purposes, age ranges are classed as;

Infant 0 – 4 (no charge)
Child 5 – 11
Adult 12 and over

24 Hour Cooling Off Period
In the event you are dissatisfied with these booking Terms and Conditions you have a 24 hour ‘cooling off period’ from the original date you made the reservation to request a full refund. After this time, you will be agreeing to, and will be bound by, the Terms and Conditions of this document and the Park Rules that are on our website: www.bellingerriver.com.au

Amendments Policy
Should you need to change your booking we will do all that is possible to accommodate your request, subject to availability.Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Additional Cleaning Fee
If it comes to the attention of Management that a guest room is excessively dirty (to the standards of management), an Additional Cleaning Fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Fees shall be determined by management and charged at $50.00 per hour for our cleaning staff to rectify, plus any additional external contractors required to bring the space up to standard.

Cancellation Policy

*Winter Season: 1st May until 31st August.
**
Peak Season: NSW Public Holidays and surrounding days & NSW Christmas School Holidays.
***Summer Season: All other times outside of Winter and Peak Seasons.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably in writing. The refund depends on the notice given. Payment of a deposit and/or completion of a booking form signals acceptance of our cancellation policy.

Checking In
Check in is from 2pm. The office closes at 5pm, if you will be arriving after this time, please notify us and an after-hours check in will be arranged and instructions sent to you on the day.

COVID-19
Unfortunately, COVID-19 has been part of our lives for some time. There is a very unpredictable nature to it, and as such we ask that you are fully aware of our cancellation policy should you need to cancel a reservation as a result of an outbreak in your area.
