Air Fryer Pork Belly
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless pork leg roast less than 2kg (1.8-1.9kg) is best.
METHOD:
Step 1:
Take pork out of the packaging and rinse and pat dry with paper towel to get rid of the moisture. Cut diagonal scores on the skin. Pay dry again.
Step 2:
Oil and salt the pork skin make sure it’s super salty while you’re doing this preheat the air fryer on 200 for 3 minutes.
Step 3:
Put pork in the air fryer skin side up for 30 minutes on 200.
Step 4:
Reduce heat to 180 and cook for another 45-1hr 15 checking the temp I take it out of the air fryer at 60 degrees internal temp.
Step 5:
Cut the crackle off and wrap the pork in al foil for 10-15 minutes to rest then use the drippings from the foil to make the gravy.
