POWERED SITES
25 waterfront powered sites – large absolute waterfront sites, up to 20 metres
in length right on the banks of the beautiful Bellinger River. Peaceful location
with stunning views, fish from your site. Sites are either grassed or have
concrete slabs. All sites have water and power. Some sites are large enough
to accommodate Fifth Wheelers. All sites will accommodate caravan, awning,
and car and boat trailer.
26 powered sites - shady or sunny sites with power and water. Sites are either
grassed or have concrete slabs. Sites are up to 15 metres in length.
CAMPING FACILITIES
We offer a selection of both powered and unpowered tent sites. We can offer
both sunny and shady sites.
ONSITE FACILITIES
Fully equipped camp kitchen – featuring modern stainless steel kitchen,
a full size sink unit, two full size fridge/freezers, a four burner gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and TV. The spacious camp kitchen has roll up blinds opening the building to the gentle river breeze on hot days. With five large wooden tables and two undercover barbeques there is plenty of room for everyone to cook and enjoy their “catch of the day”.
Resort – style swimming pool – 15 metres in length, 1.5 metres deep, the pool provides the perfect place to relax and cool down on a warm summers day.
Barbecue Facilities - the park has three gas barbeques. Two are undercover in the camp kitchen and the third is in our open picnic area on the banks of the river.
Ablution Facilities – Clean centralised ablution block 5 toilets facilities and 5 showers with dressing area for both ladies and gents.
Laundry Facilities – 3 coin operated washing machines, 2 coin operated dryers, three large laundry tubs, ironing facilities and four large outdoor washing lines.
Boat Hire – 2 12’ motorised tinnies with canopies, 2 three man Canadian style canoes and 2 single sit on Kayaks. Reduced hire rates for park guests.
Private Boat Ramp – convenience and access of a private boat ramp on site providing access directly into the Bellinger River. Large parking area for boat trailers and boat and fish cleaning facilities near the ramp.
On Site Shop – we have a small onsite shop offering basic provisions, milk, groceries, ice, gas refills, etc. There is an excellent butcher, grocer and general store within 5 minutes of the park.
Pets - Are permitted under manager’s discretion. They must be kept on a leash, be cleaned up after and not disturb other guests. We do not accept pets between 26th December and the 17th of January.
Security – managers live on site and regularly patrol the grounds of the park to maintain a worry free environment.
