Making a Booking
Reservations are essential for our onsite accommodation. Our waterfront sites are very popular and advance booking is highly recommended. Bookings are essential for peak dates. If you have a favorite site please let us know and we will endeavor to reserve it for you.

Deposits
The following deposits are required within seven days of booking to secure your reservation.
Off Peak – 25% of total cost of stay or one nights accommodation which ever is more. Balance payable on arrival.
Shoulder & Peak – 50% of total cost of stay with balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The refund given depends on the amount of notice you give us of your cancellation. Payment of a deposit is acceptance of our cancellation policy.

Minimum Bookings
Minimum booking periods for peak periods and public holidays.
A two night minimum stay applies for all on site accommodation.
Check In/Out Time
We aim to be flexible with our check in and out times. We know there is nothing worse than packing away a damp tent or awning. As a general rule you can check in for sites from 11am and for accommodation from 2pm. If you call us a day prior we can advise you if an earlier check in is available. Normal check out time for sites and accommodation is 10am. We are happy to offer a late check out where available. Unfortunately during peak dates due to high turnover normal check in and check out times must be adhered to.
